Page Credentials

Field	Description	Comments
Username	Can be up to 50 characters long; must be unique within user company key designations	Forced signoff will occur for users signed in that remain inactive for 1 hour (60 minutes)
Password	Password requirements: · Minimum length of 8 characters (any combination of letters and/or numbers) · Contains no spaces · Cannot match previous 3 passwords Passwords are required to be updated every 60 days	Passwords may not be changed more than 1 time within a 24 hour period Users will be locked after 5 failed attempts for signon; contact your Dow Support Team for assistance
Company Key	Represents a unique identifier for which the username is associated This is assigned by your Dow Administrator.
